LS Commercial Real Estate, founded in 1990, is a full service Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Development and Management Company. Our focus as a company has always been on providing premier real estate services to our clients. We are active throughout the entire metro area as well as nationally with our client base. Our owned projects are located throughout metro Kansas City, Dallas and we will be entering the Chicago market in 2005 with new projects in that City.

Since our inception, LS Commercial has developed over 3,500,000 square feet of commercial and industrial real estate, completed numerous sale and lease transactions for our client base and manage a portfolio of properties in excess of 7,000,000 square feet located throughout the Midwest.
